Series of 4 containerized substations for an HPU unit. This project was done for one of our Dutch customers who requested modification of 40ft double door sea container. This custom-made enclosure is fitted with many opening due to the air supply requirements. One of the requirements was to certify this special container with full stack CSC. Due to the number of openings and their position, this was quite challenging request. After intensive and ongoing static design calculations we found a solution with dismountable profiles that provided the necessary stiffness of the whole container. Paint job of these containerized substations was requested in two tone colors and for C3 environment.
