WHY TO CHOOSE US?
Besides production of containerized substations, GD-con is able to certify special containers for transport on the ship with CSC certificate. We can also provide protocols of NDT weld testing. All other protocols and certificates are given based on the nature and requirements of the special container project such as: paint protocol based on ISO 12944 for corrosion environment C1 to C5M; used material and static design. Upon request, the paint process can be supervised by certified NACE or Frosio inspectors.
In case that you do not have experience with the process of design and production of custom-made enclosures, we offer a turnkey solution in a form of 2D/3D models of special containers. Tell us your concept and we will deliver several solutions for special substations together with 3D model for discussion and approval.
