Watertight and gas-tight welds
We use high-grade structural steel to create a frame resistant to corrosion, heavy loads, and severe weather conditions.
All welding and metalwork are compliant with certified load-bearing norms, making our containers suitable for stacking, transport, and demanding industrial use.
Our floor systems are watertight and fully welded to ensure stability and prevent moisture damage. WHG-certified bathtub with protocol.
The floor can be fitted with thermal and sound-insulating materials like mineral wool to ensure maximum comfort inside the container while reducing noise and energy loss.
Various anchoring and mounting elements for the customer’s equipment are available.
We offer steel doors, RC3–RC4 security doors, fire-resistant doors EI30–EI120, sliding doors, and double doors. Features include locking bars, lever handles, panic bars, locking hooks, door locks, and mechanical or electromechanical locking.
Reinforced multi-point locking systems and industrial-grade seals provide protection against robbery, wind, and water ingress.
Doorways can be adapted for special use, including ramps, fire resistance EI30–EI120, and RC3–RC4 safety doors with disabled-access compliance. Finishes include locking bars, lever–lever sets, panic handles, locking hooks, full door locking, and mechanical or electromechanical locks.
Our wall systems use multi-layer insulation to maintain optimal internal temperatures and minimize energy loss in both cold and hot climates. We offer mineral wool in cassette forms with perforated or smooth galvanized sheet, EI30–EI120 sandwich panels, and Fermacell.
The walls provide structural support and rigidity, allowing containers to be safely stacked and securely transported without deformation.
External and internal surfaces are treated with anti-corrosive coatings and UV-resistant paint to ensure long-term durability and appearance. For coating we use paint from our Danish supplier Hempel.
Every roof is watertight and sloped to prevent water accumulation. Custom drainage systems and gutters ensure performance even in heavy rainfall or snow.
We integrate openings, rails, walkways, and lifting lugs as needed. Roofs are designed to carry HVAC units, solar panels, or other mounted technology without structural compromise.
For multi-container setups (e.g., data centers), roofs are engineered for lateral water flow. Joints are sealed with rubber gaskets and reinforced with galvanized or coated plates. Containers are fixed with bridge fittings placed at the container edges.
We use mineral wool insulation or sandwich panels that provide excellent thermal resistance and ensure long-term comfort in any climate.
Proper insulation reduces heating and cooling costs by maintaining optimal interior temperatures and cutting overall energy consumption.
The insulation system is designed to minimize moisture buildup and condensation, preserving interior finishes and preventing mold growth.
