Initial customer contact

This stage is characterized by very first contact with the customer either by e-mail or a phone. Series of information exchange occur where GD-con introduces its abilities and competences in manufacturing containerized solutions and the potential customer presents their line of business. Rough expectations and requirements of the containerized solution are introduced at this stage with further discussion about the project for containerized solution.
